Cancellation policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.
This policy ensures that appointment times remain available to other clients and allows the clinic schedule to operate effectively.
Late cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be considered a late cancellation.
Late cancellations may result in the loss of the appointment fee, as the appointment time is unlikely to be filled at short notice.
Missed appointments
If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be recorded as a missed appointment.
Missed appointments are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment provided this is done with at least 48 hours notice.
Rescheduling can be completed using the online booking system.
Practitioner Cancellation
In rare circumstances, appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled by the practitioner due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
If this occurs, clients will be offered:
• an alternative appointment
• or a full refund

Respecting Appointment Times
Appointments are scheduled carefully to allow sufficient time for consultation, treatment, and aftercare guidance.
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment. Arriving late may reduce the available treatment time.
