Why Performance Consolidated Exists
Built on a simple belief: treatment should begin with understanding, not assumptions.
ASSESS • RESTORE • PERFORM
The Philosophy
Performance Consolidated isn't built around routines or quick fixes.
It's built around a simple belief:
The right treatment starts with understanding the person in front of you.
Every session follows the same philosophy.
Not because every client is the same, but because every client deserves the same structured process.
Assess
Understand before treating.
Every appointment begins with a thorough assessment of symptoms, movement, training history, lifestyle and physical demands to identify what is actually contributing to the problem.
Restore
Treat with purpose.
Hands-on treatment is selected to reduce unnecessary tension, improve movement quality and help restore comfortable function, not simply chase painful areas.
Perform
Build long-term resilience.
The aim isn't simply to leave feeling better today. It's to help you move better, recover better and continue doing the things that matter tomorrow.
Meet Your Therapist
Performance Consolidated is led by Paul Raven, combining over a decade of experience in sport, exercise science and education with specialist training in sports massage and soft tissue therapy.
Treatment is built on clinical reasoning, evidence-informed practice and a structured approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand why a problem has developed.
Paul has spent many years teaching anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and exercise science within further and higher education.
That experience provides a detailed understanding of how the body moves, adapts and responds to training, injury and recovery—knowledge that is applied to every assessment and treatment.

What to Expect
Every appointment follows the same structured process, allowing treatment to be tailored to your individual needs rather than following a generic routine.
Consultation
We start by understanding you.
We'll discuss your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, training and goals to understand what is contributing to your problem.
1
Assessment
We identify what is contributing to the problem.
Movement assessment and clinical reasoning help determine which tissues and movements need attention before treatment begins.
2
Treatment
Treatment is guided by findings, not assumptions.
Hands-on treatment is combined with practical advice and, where appropriate, rehabilitation exercises to support long-term improvement.
3
Every appointment is individual, but every appointment follows the same evidence-informed process.
